Charles H. Byrd, Sr., has his office at Byrd & Byrd's North Office located at 518 Carriage House Drive. He practices primarily in the area of real estate law, assisting individuals, families, and businesses in closings, but also in contract formation, title examinations, title insurance, leases and landlord/tenant law. He also works with individuals in the drafting of their wills, as well as with decedents' heirs concerning their loved one's estate in probate.
